Payment

• Guests will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 30 days before arrival. Be aware that this is a two-part prepayment – the first instalment can be charged at the time of booking, and for the second instalment refer to the property cancellation policies
• Guests will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival
• Payments are welcome via EFT or credit card*

Damage Deposit

• Guests may be required to pay a damage deposit which is collected by EFT or credit card upon booking
• The damage deposit will be returned by bank transfer or to the bank account or credit card used when booking within 14 days of check-out

Additional fees

• Cleaning & linen fees are charged per stay (up to 7-nights)
• If a reservation exceeds 7 nights, additional cleaning & linen fees will be due and will be advised by the property upon reservation where arrangements will be made for the cleaners to access the property at a suitable time
• *a 3% credit card processing fee will be charged when paying by credit card
